Minors and families

A parent or legal guardian should authorize submissions for minors. Sensitive medical, financial or government-identification information should never be submitted through general website forms.

Use and protection

Information is used to review requests, deliver services, organize recruiting records and communicate about Nations Elite programs. Production access will use role-based controls and appropriate service providers.
